Find the things that start with the same sound that starts "Beautiful Buttons". (band-aid, umbrella, bread, baby, button, baseball.)

Ask your child to name things that begin with the letter "B"  that Mr. B might receive on his birthday.

Have your child show you all the buttons on the clothes he or she is wearing, and have them say "Beautiful Buttons" to each one.

Using heavy construction paper as a base, have your child make "Beautiful Button pictures", using buttons wherever appropriate, for example - for faces, for wheels, for parts of flowers.
